Item 8.01. Other Events.

On September 19, 2014, the South African Social Security Agency (“SASSA”) filed a progress report on the status of a new tender process with the South African Constitutional Court (“Constitutional Court”). SASSA has indicated in the progress report that “It is envisaged that the tender will be published during the week of the 6th – 12th October 2014”. A copy of the filing with the Constitutional Court is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
