On September 18, 2014, BancorpSouth, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the retirement of Gordon Lewis from his position as Senior Executive Vice President of the Company, effective as of December 12, 2014.
A copy of the press release announcing the retirement of Mr. Lewis is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
