Item 8.01. Other Events.
On September 16, 2014, Northwest Biotherapeutics, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its cancer vaccine (DCVax-L®) received formal designation as a “Promising Innovative Medicine” (PIM) under the new “Early Access to Medicines Scheme” (EAMS) launched in the United Kingdom.
