(b) Departures of Certain Officers.
On September 17, 2014, HF Financial Corp., through its wholly owned subsidiary, Home Federal Bank, was informed by Kevin G. Sanchez, Senior Vice President / Human Resources, that he will resign his employment with the Bank effective October 1, 2014. The Bank is initiating the recruitment process to fill this position.
