Item 5.03 Amendment to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year
Effective August 27, 2014, the Company's Articles of Incorporation have been amended to increase the authorized shares of the Company from 100,000,000 shares of common stock to 250,000,000 shares of common stock. A copy of the filed Amendment is attached hereto as exhibit 3.1
