On September 15, 2014 Eric Alfuth informed Starboard Resources, Inc. that he was resigning as Starboard Resources, Inc.’s Chief Financial Officer for personal reasons.  We attach Mr. Alfuth’s correspondence as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
