On September 16, 2014, Interface Security Systems Holdings, Inc. issued a press release announcing it will participate in the Imperial Capital Global Opportunities Conference in New York, NY on Thursday, September 18, 2014. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
