Eco-Shift Power Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) has announced that President and Chief Executive Officer Gilbert Wood will be taking a four-month sabbatical to focus on health issues effective September 1, 2014. The Company’s long-time Chief Financial Officer James Hughes, who is also a co-founder and Director, will assume the Chief Executive Officer role and responsibilities during this time as the Company’s Interim Chief Executive Officer. The Company is confident that operations will continue seamlessly during Mr. Wood’s temporary absence.
