Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Computer Sciences Corporation (“Company”) announced today that Michael E. Sweeney, 49, has been appointed as the Company’s interim Controller and Principal Accounting Officer.
Mr. Sweeney has served as the Company’s Assistant Corporate Controller since November 2008. He has also served as Controller for the North American Public Sector since October 2013.
Thomas Colan, who served as Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of the Company, is stepping down for personal reasons. Colan had served in that role since August 2012.
