Effective September 12, 2014, Travelzoo Inc. (the “Company”) announces the following management changes:
1. | Holger Bartel, Chairman of the Board, has been appointed as Executive Chairman; |
2. | Ralph Bartel, Board member, has been appointed as Chief Talent Officer; and |
3. | Shirley Tafoya, President of the Company’s North America business, has left the Company. Chris Loughlin, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, will assume leadership of the Company’s business in North America. |
