Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On September 10, 2014, The Men’s Wearhouse, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its earnings results for its second quarter ended August 2, 2014. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
