On September 11, 2014, Cytocore, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a letter to its shareholders updating the Company’s recent progress and developments since its Letter to Shareholders dated July 7, 2014. A copy of the letter to shareholders is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
