In connection with organizational changes aimed at reducing costs and improving earnings, the employment of Alexis Bernard with Audience, Inc. (the “Company”) terminated effective September 5, 2014. Prior to the termination of his employment, Mr. Bernard held the position of Chief Technology Officer at the Company.
