On September 10, 2014, CrowdGather, Inc. (the “Registrant”) posted an investor presentation on its corporate website in connection with its presentation at the 2014 Rodman & Renshaw 16th Annual Global Investment Conference on September 10, 2014 at 10:00am ET at the New York Palace Hotel. During the Registrant’s presentation, management will discuss information described on the slides attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1
