On September 9, 2014, GigOptix, Inc. (“GigOptix”) issued a press release in response to the press release issued by GSI Technology, Inc. (“GSI”) on September 8, 2014 concerning the GSI Board of Directors rejection of the GigOptix proposal to acquire GSI. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
