(the “Company”) posted links on its website at www.arcpreit.com by which a webcast of its Investor Day, which will be held on Wednesday, September 17, 2014, may be accessed. The Company’s Investor Day will begin at 8:00 A.M. Eastern Time on such date. Investor Day will provide investors an opportunity to hear from the Company’s management team regarding the Company’s business and its focus on value creation.
