On September 6, 2014, representatives of GenSpera, Inc. (“Company”) presented the hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), or liver cancer, Phase II clinical trial update for mipsagargin (G-202) at the 8th International Liver Cancer Association (ILCA) Conference which was held in Kyoto, Japan. On September 8, 2014, the Company announced such information had been presented. Filed herewith as Exhibits 99.01 and 99.02 are copies of the poster and press release.
