Item 8.01. Other Events.
On September 4, 2014, Protalex, Inc. (“Protalex”) announced that it will be a participant in the Rodman & Renshaw Annual Global Investment Conference, to be held September 8-10, 2014 at the New York Palace Hotel in New York City, at which James W. Dowe, Protalex’s Vice Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Board, will present a corporate overview on Wednesday, September 10th at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time. A copy of the press release and presentation is attached as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, hereto.
