On September 2, 2014, the Company completed its sale of its Flash Components Division and Accelerated Solutions Division to Seagate Technology LLC for $450 million in cash.
On September 4, 2014, the Company announced that its Board had declared an interim cash dividend on the Company’s ordinary shares of $0.32 per share, payable on September 30, 2014 to its shareholders of record at the close of business (5:00 p.m.), Eastern Time, on September 19, 2014. A copy of the press release announcing the dividend is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
