Stephen E. Merrill, Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Enable GP, LLC, the general partner of Enable Midstream Partners, LP (the “Partnership”) notified the Partnership on August 28, 2014, that he is resigning effective immediately to become Chief Financial Officer of OGE Energy Corp., the owner of 50% of the management rights of Enable GP, LLC and 26.3% of the limited partner interests in the Partnership.
