(b) On August 28, 2014, Bradley A. Cleveland, former CEO and Director of Proto Labs, Inc., announced his resignation from the Board of Directors of Proto Labs, Inc., effective September 1, 2014. Mr. Cleveland has chosen to resign for health reasons.
