Item 8.01 Other Events.
On September 2, 2014, Banc of California, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share on its outstanding common stock. The dividend will be payable on October 1, 2014 to stockholders of record as of September 12, 2014. Based on the trading price of $12.02 as of close of market on August 29, 2014, the cash dividend results in an annualized dividend yield of 3.99%.
