Item 8.01. Other Events.
On August 28, 2014, Realty Capital Securities, LLC, the exclusive dealer manager for American Realty Capital Global Trust, Inc.’s (the “Company”) initial public offering of common stock (the “Offering”), sent an email to broker dealers and financial advisors affiliated with members of the Company’s selling group in which it announced that the Company aggregated $2.3 billion of investments since inception, with $1.3 billion of institutional quality, income-producing assets acquired and another $1.0 billion of investments currently under agreement or subject to LOI. The email also included a summary of the Company’s current portfolio.
The text of the email is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
