Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 28, 2014, Liberty Tax, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its earnings for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending April 30, 2015. A copy of the release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference. In addition, on August 28, 2014 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time, the Company will hold a teleconference for analysts, institutional investors and stockholders to discuss results for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending April 30, 2015.
