Resignation of Ronald N. Frankel
On August 25, 2014, Ronald N. Frankel announced his resignation as a member of the Board of Directors of Synacor, Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately. Mr. Frankel’s resignation is not because of a disagreement with the Company, known to an executive officer of the Company, on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
