Item 8.01. Other Events

Lamperd Less Lethal is pleased to announce that its revolutionary new camera will be going to trials with Defense Research Development Canada (DRDC.) These trials are expected to take place in the fall of 2014. DRDC is testing camera systems for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), and has indicated that they expect to purchase 17,000 body worn cameras.

Lamperd Less Lethal is also tendering for body worn cameras for the Toronto Police Services this September.

Lamperd will also be presenting its camera system to Ontario Corrections; they are looking at a bulk purchase. Additionally, Lamperd Less Lethal will be attending a Corrections Canada invite only trade show at the end of September, where it will show case its launching systems, training suits, batons and its camera system.
