On August 25, 2014, Continental Building Products, Inc. (the “Company”) received notice that Moody’s Investor Services, Inc. upgraded the corporate family rating of the Company to B2 from B3 with a stable rating outlook.
In accordance with the Company’s First Lien Credit Agreement, as described in the Company’s 2013 Annual Report on Form 10-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 27, 2014, the rating upgrade will result in a reduction of the Company’s interest rate by 25 basis points.
