Item 2.02 | Results of Operations and Financial Condition |
On August 27, 2014, Black Elk Energy Offshore Operations, LLC (the “Company”) will release a recording announcing earnings and operational results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. Central Time on the Company’s website (http://www.blackelkenergy.com/news/press-releases).
The press release will contain certain non-GAAP financial measures. The Company will provide information regarding its use of such non-GAAP measures, together with reconciliations of such measures to their most comparable GAAP measures, in the recorded earnings discussion.
