Item 8.01. Other Events.
On August 19, 2014, Westinghouse Air Brake Technologies Corporation (“Wabtec”) completed the acquisition of Dia-Frag, a leading manufacturer of friction products in Brazil. The press release announcing the acquisition is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
