Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On August 20, 2014, UniTek Global Services, Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release confirming that trading in the Registrant’s common stock on The NASDAQ Stock Market will be suspended effective with the open of business on August 21, 2014. The Registrant’s common stock will be eligible to trade on the OTC Markets - OTC Pink Tier effective with the open of business on August 21, 2014. The Registrant anticipates that its symbol, UNTK, will remain unchanged.
The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
