Item 1.01 - Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On August 20, 2014, Magnetek, Inc. (“Magnetek” or the “Company”) and Associated Bank, National Association (“Associated Bank”) entered into the eighth amendment to its Credit Agreement (the “Eighth Amendment”).
The Eighth Amendment primarily modified maximum quarterly cash amounts and the dates related thereto that can be contributed to the Company's defined benefit pension plan for the term of the agreement.
A copy of the Eighth Amendment to Credit Agreement is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 10.1 and is incorporated herein by this reference.
