On August 13, 2014, Gevo, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s second quarter 2014 financial results. A copy of this press release entitled “Gevo Reports Second Quarter 2014 Financial Results” is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
As previously announced, on August 13, 2014, the Company held a conference call to discuss the Company’s second quarter 2014 financial results. A copy of the conference call transcript is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference. This transcript has been edited to facilitate the understanding of the information communicated during the conference call.
