Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Mr. David H. Rinn will resign from his position as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pendrell Corporation (the “Company”) as of September 30, 2014 or such earlier date as the Company appoints a successor. Mr. Rinn’s resignation is not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s management, operations, policies or procedures.
