Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective August 11, 2014 (the “Effective Date”), the Board of Directors of Deyu Agriculture Corp. (the “Company”) accepted the resignation of Amy He as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The Company has appointed Emma Wan Li, the Corporate Secretary of the Company, as Acting Chief Financial Officer commencing on the Effective Date.
