Item 7.01              Regulation FD Disclosure.

In order to allow adequate time to complete its quarterly goodwill impairment review, 21st Century Oncology Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) has not yet filed its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2014. The Company expects to issue its earnings release for the quarterly period ended June 30, 2014 during the week of August 18, 2014 and to file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q during the week of August 25, 2014.
