At 4:00 p.m. EDT on August 13, 2014, True Drinks Holdings, Inc., (the "Company") hosted a conference call to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014. A copy of the transcript for this conference call is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
