Enstar Group Limited (the “Company”) entered into letter agreements with Dominic F. Silvester, Paul J. O’Shea, Nicholas A. Packer and Richard J. Harris amending their existing employment agreements with the Company. The letter agreements for Messrs. Silvester, Packer, and Harris were executed on August 11, 2014 and for Mr. O’Shea on August 12, 2014. The letter agreements extend the existing employment agreements with each of these executives for an additional one year following the originally scheduled expiration date. The existing agreements had a five-year term that would have expired December 31, 2016. The extended agreements will now expire December 31, 2017. All other terms of the employment agreements remain unchanged.
