Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 12, 2014, URS Corporation issued a press release announcing financial results for the quarterly period ended on July 4, 2014. A copy of the press release, entitled “URS Corporation Reports Second Quarter Fiscal 2014 Results” is furnished and not filed pursuant to Item 2.02 as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
