On August 10, 2014, Kinder Morgan Management, LLC (“KMR”) issued a joint press release announcing the proposed acquisition by Kinder Morgan, Inc. (“KMI”) of each of KMR, Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, L.P. (“KMP”) and El Paso Pipeline Partners, L.P. (“EPB”) (collectively, the “Proposed Transactions”). On August 10, 2014, the parties made available an investor presentation related to the Proposed Transactions.  The full text of this presentation is filed as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
