On August 7, 2014, the Company issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has approved the initiation of a quarterly cash dividend program and declared a cash dividend of $.09 per share of common stock payable on November 21, 2014 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 12, 2014. The press release also announced the Board’s approval of an increase and extension to the Company’s share repurchase program. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.
