On August 1, 2014, Mr. Gregory Holcombe became a member of the Board of Directors of Osage Exploration and Development, Inc.

Mr. Holcombe currently serves on the Board of Directors at Hudson Valley Bank, a publicly-traded $3 billion bank located in Westchester County, New York, where he is on the Loan and Oversight Committees. Mr. Holcombe has been a member of the Board of Directors at Hudson Valley Bank since 1999. Mr. Holcombe graduated from Tulane University in 1983 with a BS in Latin American Studies and International Marketing.
