Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
The Company is pleased to announce that on August 4, 2014, Management received confirmation from FINRA approving the Company’s request to change its name from Innocent Inc. (INCT) to Panther Energy Inc. effective August 5, 2014. Panther Energy Inc will be listed under the new symbol PNEG.
