Item 8.01     Other Events

On August 7, 2014, Cincinnati Bell Inc. announced that its subsidiary Cincinnati Bell Telephone Company LLC has reached a tentative agreement with the Communications Workers of America (“CWA”) on the terms of a new labor contract. The tentative agreement is subject to ratification by the local CWA membership. A copy of the press release announcing the tentative agreement is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
