Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 7, 2014, Amedica Corporation issued a press release announcing financial results for the second quarter of fiscal year 2014. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
