On August 6, 2014, Bay Bancorp, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it expects to issue a report on its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 after the close of market trading on August, 8, 2014. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
