On Monday, August 4, 2014, GreenHunter Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial and certain operating results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2014. A copy of the press release is furnished as part of this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
