Exhibit 99.2

August 4, 2014

To our Bally Technologies Supplier Partners:

On August 1, 2014, we announced the acquisition of Bally by Scientific Games Corporation (“Scientific Games”), a leading global gaming and lottery supplier. Attached is a joint news release issued announcing a definitive agreement and approval by both Boards of Directors.  We will continue business as usual until the close of the transaction, which we currently expect to sometime in early calendar 2015.

I am incredibly proud of our more than 4,000 employees around the globe who, in partnership with our customers, have pushed gaming innovation and customer service to new levels over the past ten years.  With approximately 5,200 employees, Scientific Games is a leading developer of technology-based products, services, and content for worldwide gaming and lottery markets. They are renowned for their development of leading content, technologies, and global brands that still have plenty of room to grow — much like us.

I would like to thank you for your support over the years and look forward to your continued support in the future. Today’s announcement builds on our proud legacy and Scientific Games’ more than 40 years of industry leadership.  As we embark on this exciting new chapter for Bally, I am confident that this transaction will provide us with the opportunity to strengthen our relationships with you and combine our strengths to meaningfully contribute to this dynamic industry.

The Bally team members who you most closely work with will keep you up-to-date as more developments about our exciting combination in the coming months.

Sincerely,

Richard Haddrill

Chief Executive Officer
