Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
Moog Inc. (the "Company") announced today that Joe C. Green will retire from the Company effective August 1, 2014. Mr. Green's career at Moog began in 1966 and he was elected a corporate officer in 1973. He last served as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, a position he held for over 26 years. Additionally, he served as a Director of the Company from February 1986 until January 2014.
