Declaration of Quarterly Dividend
At its July 30, 2014 meeting, the Company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share on its common stock, to be paid on August 27, 2014 to shareholders of record as of August 13, 2014.
The press release issued by the Company on July 30, 2014 announcing the foregoing events is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
