Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On July 30, 2014, Campus Crest Communities, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the three and six months ended June 30, 2014. A copy of such press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report. A copy of the Company’s Second Quarter 2014 Supplemental Analyst Package referenced in such press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this current report.
